  • Finalizing a Reservation: A rental booking is only confirmed when we explicitly accept the request, a formal rental agreement is signed by both parties, and any required security deposits or initial payments are processed.

  • Rental Specifics: All rentals are subject to our standard operational safety rules, site accessibility requirements, and equipment-specific guidelines (which will be detailed in your formal rental contract).

3. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

  • Currency: All prices listed on this website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Taxes: Prices quoted or listed are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes, including the Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Saskatchewan Provincial Sales Tax (PST), which will be clearly itemized at checkout or on your final invoice.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Our policies regarding booking adjustments, inclement weather safety delays, or cancellations are governed by the specific terms laid out in your individual rental agreement. Generally, cancellations made outside of our established grace period may be subject to administrative fees or forfeiture of the booking deposit to cover scheduling conflicts.

(Note: Your physical use of our physical rental equipment is governed by a separate, dedicated liability waiver and safety contract signed prior to delivery.)
