Damage Deposit and Cancellation Policy
In some cases, a refundable damage deposit of $500 will be included on your invoice and is due before the simulator is set up. Each new renter will partake in a pre and post rental walk-around (similar to a rental car) to ensure the simulator, clubs, and technology is delivered and returned in good shape. If damage occurs that is beyond the damage deposit, a new invoice will be issued as per the rental agreement. If it is supervised rental, no deposit is needed.
Our cancellations policy can be found below as well as in our rental agreement.
Please keep in mind that when you book a date, we often plan our lives around making that event possible for you; this can include hotels, rental cars, and other personal and professional commitments. Due to this, we can not refund last minute cancellations.
< 14 days: 95% refund
13 - 7 days: 50% refund
> 7 days: No refund
