Damage Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A refundable damage deposit of $500 will be included on your invoice and is due before the simulator is set up. Each new renter will partake in a pre and post rental walk-around (similar to a rental car) to ensure the simulator, clubs, and technology is delivered and returned in good shape. If damage occurs that is beyond the damage deposit, a new invoice will be issued as per the rental agreement.
Our cancellations policy can be found below as well as in our rental agreement:
<48 Hours: Full Refund of Deposit
24-48 Hours: 50% Refund of Deposit
0 - 24 Hours: No Refund of Deposit
