SIMULATOR RENTAL PRICES

Full / Lite Package (Unstaffed)- $600

Perfect if you live in town and you’d like to host your own event at your own pace. We’ll deliver, set up, and take down the simulator for you, then leave it fully ready to go for self-guided play. During your event, you and your guests oversee the simulator, giving you flexibility while keeping costs lower than a staffed rental.

Full / Lite Package (Staffed) - $800

Perfect for corporate functions, weddings, large-scale celebrations, and venues that are out of town. Our staff manage setup, assistance, and tear-down so you can focus on your guests. We will be there to keep the energy going and facilitate whatever games or competitions you want. A completely hands-free and stress-free experience as a host! Includes:

Up to 4 hours of simulator time
Add additional hours for $175 / hour
Optional Callaway club rental

Ultra-Lite Setup (Unstaffed) - $400

Up to 6 hours of simulator time
Add additional hours for $100 / hour
Optional Callaway club rental

Mileage

Mileage will apply to business conducted outside of Prince Albert at $1.50 / km.
Please consider this before requesting a unstaffed, out-of-town rental as we will need to charge to account for the two round trips to your location. Often you may be better off booking a staffed rental instead.

INCLUDED WITH EACH RENTAL

Technology

With two different launch monitor options and multiple software choices, we will ensure you have the right tech to match the experience you are hoping for. The computing power for the sims comes from a high end gaming laptop and 4K laser projector.

Enclosure

Multiple size options depending on your event and location. Enclosure will be safely secured to the ground to prevent movement.

Clubs + Balls

A set of left and right hand Callaway clubs in custom Taylormade bags can be provided if needed. You are more than welcome to use your own clubs as well. New, clean golf balls will also be provided to ensure the white screen on the enclosure does not get dirty.

We strive to keep our prices fair and affordable while still abiding by all business licensing guidelines in the communities we serve. We carry extensive liability and property insurance to protects all parties involved in case something unfortunate happens. Each golf simulator setup costs roughly $15,000 and contains sensitive electronics. These considerations are all factored in to our pricing, as well as the labour involved with drop off, pick up, and turn-around. We recommend chatting with family or neighbours to see if they are interested in splitting the simulator rental with you.
