THE COMPANY
Boreal Sauna Company LTD was Founded in 2025 in Elk Ridge Saskatchewan. Owners Mckenna and Payton Hall were year-round residents of Northern Saskatchewan and felt that the area was lacking affordable, all-season leisure options that could be enjoyed regardless of the weather. After thinking through a few different options, Boreal Saunas was officially formed. Our sauna fleet consists of two wood-fired cedar barrel saunas that seat 6-8 people (depending how cozy you want to get). Over time the company has steadily grown through private rentals, partnerships with local businesses, and pop-up events.

This growth has led to our most recent addition: mobile golf simulators. We are now the first and only company in Saskatchewan to offer this type of activity in a mobile package. Our simulators can be set up both inside and outside and bring a new energy to parties and events. While some players enjoying playing full rounds of simulated golf, our crown-jewel is without a doubt the longest drive and closest-to-the-pin contests.

Boreal is a Métis-owned business that is a proud member of the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada. We are fully-licensed to conduct business in the areas we serve, and pride ourselves on doing things the right way: we plan to be here for a good time AND a long time!
THE OWNERS
Payton and Mckenna Hall are a husband and wife team living in Prince Albert, SK. Aside from the business you will find them working at their main careers in the education sector; Payton as a high school teacher and football coach and Mckenna as a Indigenous Community Liaison for Sask Polytech.
The couple met at the University of Saskatchewan where they both studied in the College of Education while playing university sports: Mckenna a 5-year member of the Huskie Women's Soccer Team and Payton a 5-year member of the Huskie Football Team. After graduating, they both returned to school to complete masters degrees focused on wellness programing for Indigenous youth.

Outside of work, both Mckenna and Payton enjoy traveling the world, taking road trips to spend time with friends and family, and of course, sitting in the sauna or golfing together.
